Electric oven and hob, larder fridge (there is also a fridge/freezer in garage), washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Off road parking. Large, natural enclosed garden with seating. Lockable garage for storage. Note: There is long, rough farm track to the property so not suitable for vehicles with low suspension. Note: accommodation is all on one level but there are 5 steps to initially access. Note: The TV has limited channels but it is a Smart TV wifi signal is excellent.
